It provides stability to the beginner for teaching alignment, and opens the seasoned practitioner to familiar poses with a new perspective and a deeper sense of awareness. Ayurvedic Wellness Sessions - Individual Sessions & Small Group Offerings

STRESSED? DEPLETED? NEED TO FIND BALANCE? OR SIMPLY AYURVEDA-CURIOUS?
Explore your elemental nature through the lens of the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the “sister” science of yoga. The initial session is in-person and lasts approximately 60 minutes. Follow up sessions are offered over the phone or in-person and run 30-45 minutes. Weekly email communication is also available for support with resources, as needed. SCHEDULE A SESSION TODAY to discover new & ancient ways to support your health & healing and to bring balance back into your daily life.

Dosha assessment, Ayurvedic resources & practices to include: Self-Care, Daily Routine & Lifestyle, Therapeutic
Asana (Yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation to balance your Dosha, support Agni (digestive fire) & build Ojas (vital essence).
